Robert C Dean (Bob) is a Broker-Associate with nearly 45 years of business, legal, construction and development, and general real estate experience in the Tallahassee area.
As a former Local Judge, Prosecutor, Federal Magistrate, Certified Mediator, State Certified Building Contractor and Real Estate Broker, Bob brings cast experience and problem solving capabilities to help effect prompt and prosperous resolutions.
With over 35 years of subdivision and multi-family development and the construction of many residential and small commercial projects, he has a unique insight particularly applicable to today’s increasingly uncertain real estate marketplace.
Bob and his wife, Marilyn, have been very active in community, church, civic, social and historic, school, hospital service and activities over their 45 years in Tallahassee while raising their two children.
Working daily with sons Carlton, a principal in SVN | SouthLand Commercial, and Wilson, an SVN|SLC associate and helping them grow and prosper in the Tallahassee to Pensacola areas is particularly satisfying and a wonderful diversion from helping Marilyn with the grandchildren.
