Katy specializes in Industrial and Office investment sales and leases. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Katy was the owner and CEO of a nutrition consulting company – having worked with hundreds of clients all across the United States for almost a decade. Her background in business ownership has given her firsthand knowledge and expertise in understanding the needs of business owners. Katy’s unique transition from the medical profession into commercial real estate provides valuable insight when advising clients in their sale and lease investments.

Katy is a wife and mother to three. In her free time, you can find Katy going out for a run, cooking, reading a book, and spending quality time with her growing family. She is a proud member of the Pensacola Chamber of Commerce and prides herself on being a born-and-raised native to the Pensacola, FL community. She and her family are also active members of Sacred Heart Cathedral Parish, deeply valuing their faith and connection to others in the community.
