Wendi Summers Sampson is an Advisor with SVN | SouthLand Commercial Real Estate which has offices in Pensacola, Panama City, and Tallahassee, Florida. She is a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent in both Florida and Alabama. Wendi specializes in Land, Industrial, Retail, and Office properties. She represents buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Throughout her career, Wendi has developed strong community relationships. Many of those come from producing and hosting her popular weekday morning show, PEP Talk with Wendi Summers on News Radio 92.3/AM1620. With her expanded network including a multitude of clients and listeners, as well as earning the respect of her peers in the communications industry, Wendi has become a well-known Pensacola supporter and mainstay.
Wendi’s love of the Gulf Coast area came in 1994 when she relocated from the Midwest and adopted Pensacola as her new hometown. She is the mother of two grown children, and in her spare time, can be found at the beach fly fishing, paddle-boarding, snorkeling, biking and simply enjoying all that life along Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer. Wendi is very involved in the community. She sits on the Board of Directors for The Gulf Coast Minority Chamber of Commerce, is a member of Impact 100, the Equity Project Alliance, and is involved in many local organizations and charities, such as Autism Pensacola, The Pensacola Humane Society, and more. Wendi is a founder of the Krewe du Ya Yas and its nonprofit charity, Keeping Abreast Foundation, which offers breast cancer screening and services to men and women in the tri-county area since 2002.
